Found a reason for the things we have to do

It's funny when as a child all you want to be is a grown up, but when you really are growing up and you see all the responsibilities you get with it, you just can't help looking back and thinking how carefree that time was. It's actually quite sad that people can't ever fully live in the moment, not even the children. Now there's no one to save you anymore, and you just have to deal with all the ups and downs, even if you don't want to.
But it does also feel great, the growing up. You get freedom to live your own life and you see how many opportunities you really have. And you get stronger, until the responsibilities don't feel quite so unbearable anymore. But will that strength always grow? I wonder how much you can bear until it breaks you.
